In individual therapy, I support adults (18+) who are experiencing:
Persistent anxiety or racing thoughts
Depression, disconnection, or emotional numbness
Stress from life transitions (grief, loss, parenting shifts)
Pregnancy and postpartum mood concerns
Complex PTSD, childhood wounds or family dysfunction showing up in the present
You don’t have to name it perfectly to get support.
